This live webcam view is captured from near Massachusetts Ave and Rowan Road in
New Port Richey, Florida.
April 2011 Update: The camera has been moved to its summer angle, aiming more south.
The view map has been
adjusted to reflect what is now in view. Also the camera is in a new weatherproof
housing on the tower which has filter material around the sun shade to hopefully keep
wasps from building nests just above the lens. The far left of the image is the
tower you see at Ridge Road and Moon Lake Road. The far right of the image is just over Trinity.
Our sky tower webcam is mounted 70ft above the ground (88ft above sea level) on
the broadband tower behind our building and shows an incredible view of the West
Pasco skyline. The camera's wide angle view captures from due East of our
location (approximately Starkey Park) to Southeast (approximately Longleaf and
Trinity areas). You can view a detailed
map showing the exact
viewing area of the camera. Finally, the 28 hour
timelapse link will play for you the past day as a 5 minute movie at 6 minutes
per second.
This image is captured with a
